Future Leaders Programme
TransformGen Future Leaders is a youth development programme designed to equip young people with the confidence, skills, networks and opportunities to shape their futures. The current National Lottery Community Fund-supported programme is being delivered in Nottingham through three 12-week cohorts.
Delivered through three 12-week cohorts, the programme supports up to 60 young people, giving them the space, structure, and support to grow their skills, confidence, and future prospects.
Each cohort is designed to build practical life and leadership skills through structured activities, mentorship, and peer support — helping participants develop the confidence and tools they need to take the next step in their personal and professional journeys.

We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and build a future they’re excited about. Future Leaders creates a supportive environment where young people can build confidence, develop skills, connect with others, explore opportunities and turn their ideas and aspirations into meaningful next steps.
