How we are led
TransformGen CIC is led by its Founder and Managing Director, supported by a small board of Non-Executive Directors who provide strategic oversight, governance, and accountability.
This structure ensures the organisation, maintains high standards of quality, safeguarding, and compliance, while remaining rooted in community needs and impact.
Founder & Managing Director
Brings senior leadership experience in youth development, community programmes, and partnership delivery, with a strong track record of leading initiatives that support individuals and communities across Leicester and Nottingham to improve wellbeing, develop skills, and progress into new opportunities
Executive Director
Brings a background in mental health and residential care, with experience supporting individuals with a range of needs. Their approach is rooted in safeguarding, wellbeing, and person-centred support, contributing to the delivery of inclusive and high-quality programmes.
Non-Executive Director
Brings extensive experience in mental health, providing strategic guidance to support wellbeing, resilience, and inclusive practice. Their work is focused on strengthening the organisation’s approach to creating safe and supportive environments.
